Before Judge Chad A. Kepros in Tama County District Court in Toledo: Mitchell Marcellus Knowles, 61, rural Tama, pleaded guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. He was granted a deferred sentence, assessed a civil fine of $1,250, directed to complete a drunken driving course and placed on unsupervised probation. Before Judge Mary Chicchelly: Julio Cesar Razo Aguilar, 22, Tama, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. He was fined $315 and sentenced to one day in jail Aguilar was charged on July 30 with domestic abuse assualt with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
