G-R Homecoming King and Queen

Seniors Ty Eiffler and Madeline Mussig were recently crowned Gladbrook-Reinbeck’s 2015 Homecoming King and Queen. The coronation occurred during Homecoming Happenings on Thursday, October 1. Other members of this year’s Homecoming Court included Leah Holman, Sydney Brown, Hayley Weber, Lauren Husmann, Colton Dinsdale, Josh Cooley, Eric Stoakes, and Jake Schuman.

Those in attendance at Homecoming Happenings got to learn a little bit more about the King and Queen. Mussig is the daughter of Chad and Karen Mussig. She is involved in volleyball, 4-H, FFA, Chorus, the musical, NHS, Tama County Council, Student Council, and is the boys’ basketball manager. Her words of wisdom for the underclassmen are “always try your best to be respectful and kind to everyone.” Her future plans are to attend Creighton University to major in business or education. Mussig’s favorite part of Homecoming is the dress-up days.

Eiffler is the son of Jamie and Tracy Eiffler. He is involved in football, basketball and golf. His words of wisdom for the underclassmen are “every pizza is a personal pizza, if you try hard and believe in yourself.” His future plans are to attend Hawkeye Community College and then transfer to UNI. Eiffler’s favorite parts of Homecoming are the football game and dressing up
