Lyle Brehm, Tama County Engineer, told the Tama County Board of Supervisors Monday morning, March 23, that work on the Gladbrook bridge is proceeding as expected with PCI doing the work. Brehm says gravel is being hauled by contractors and as soon as the weather is more predictable, more work will be started. The Traer Golf Club applied for a renewal of their Liquor License. Everything was in order so supervisors voted to renew the license. Claims approved for payment came to $95,535.98.
