Before Judge Sean McPartland in Tama County District Court in Toledo:
Derek Earl Taylor, 28, Toledo, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and received a deferred judgment. He was assessed a civil penalty, court costs and a law enforcement initiative surcharge totaling $290. Taylor was charged on Jan. 16, by Toledo Police Sgt. Dan Quigley. Tanner Lee Henning, 31, pleaded guilty to driving while barred as a habitual offender. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined and assessed court costs totaling $1,007. Henning was charged on Oct. 27, 2014, by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office. Brittany Morgan Youngbear, 21, rural Tama, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. She was fined and assessed court costs totaling $1,045. Youngbear was charged at O Avenue and U.S. Highway 30 on April 14, 2014, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Eric Eugene Climer, 17, Toledo, did not appear and was adjudged guilty of allowing a dog to run at-large $128. Toledo Police filed the charge on Dec. 23,2014, in the 500 block of East Ross Street.
