GMG Speech Team has been practicing for the District Large Group Contest. And we are already making preparations for selecting our Individual Contest materials. The District Group Speech Contest is this Saturday, January 24th. It will take place at the Montezuma High School- located at 504 North 4th Street, Montezuma. The morning will start off with Kenna Krier and Noah Thurston performing “Do You Remember?” in Ensemble Acting. Shortly after, Anna Scheidel, Chelsea Hurd, and Shawna Hughes will perform their Ensemble Acting, “Got Eggs?”. Freshmen Wesley Steiner, Parker Welton, Kyla Wilkening, Haley Stahl and Mikaela Gruen will perform “Cheat Sheet and The Hot Place”. The Senior Radio Broadcasting WGBS 104.7 includes: Tyson Strayer, Chandler Kendall, Ella Gruen, Ryan Spurlin, Korey Sederburg, Josh Gruen and Cole Langenbau. Senior Group Improv has two teams. Team I is Ryan Spurlin, Korey Sederburg and Noah Thurston. Team II is Kenna Krier and Jeff Hughes. Freshman Group Improv I includes: Kyla Wilkening, Haley Stahl, Mikaela Gruen, Emily Roberts and KaeLynne Meling. Freshman Group Improv II includes: Wes Steiner, Parker Welton, Evan Espenschied, Logan O’Neal and Cade Bovenmyer.
