Before Judge Ian K. Thornhill in Tama County District Court in Toledo:


Ila Mae Daniels, 62, Boone, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. She was sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $315 and her driver’s license was revoked for 180 days. Daniels was directed to pay up to $60 sheriff’s jail fees. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Daniels was charged on Oct. 10, 2013 for possession of marijuana 2nd offense by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Casey Schmidt. Bredan Scott Quigley, 20, Tama, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and 1st offense drunken driving. He received a deferred judgment, was assessed civil fines totaling $940 and placed on unsupervised probation. Quigley was charged on May 9 at East 5th and Business route 30 by Tama Police Officer Jamie Youngbear. Aaron James Robert Glendy, 22, Tama, entered written guilty pleas to charges of keeping, permitting or maintaining premises or other environment for drugs and possession of marijuana, He was assessed a total of 940 in civil penalties, placed on supervised probation to the Department of Correctional Services and directed to pay a $300 supervisor fee. Glendy was charged on Aug. 14 by Tama Police Officer Michael German. Shawn David Youngbear, 38, rural Montour, was sentenced to a suspended two-year prison term and fined $625 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. He pleaded guilty on Aug. 14. Youngbear was also placed on probation to the Department of Correctional Services and directed to pay a $300 supervisory fee. In addition, he must pay restitution totaling $2,023. Youngbear was charged on Jan. 16 at 900 South Main by Toledo Police Chief Bob Kendall. Lisa Marie Blocker, 52, Tama, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and fined $1,250 of which $625 may be suspended by the court if proof of installation of an ignition interlock device is provided. She may also complete an OWI Weekend Program within 150 days in lieu of serving the jail time. Blocker was charged on Oct. 4 at East 5th and Business route 30 by Tama Police Officer Michael German. Jon Robert Harris, 51, Chelsea entered a written guilty plea to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 14 days in jail, is to pay up to $60 daily sheriff’s jail fees and was fined $315. Harris was charged on Nov. 19, 2013, at U.S. Highway 30 and W Avenue by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Bruce Rhoads. Jacob Howard Straw, 32, Winthrop, Iowa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for 14 days already served and fined $625. He was directed to pay sheriff’s jail fees of up to $60 a day. According to court records, Harris was charged after he put $40 worth of gasoline in a vehicle at Casey’s General Store in Toledo and gave the clerk his identification and phone for collateral, saying he would return to pay. Harris failed to return. the charge was field by Toledo Police Officer Lucas Hauser. Before Judge Lars G. Anderson: Eric Robert Wilkerson, 24, Toledo, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250. If proof of installation of an ignition interlock device is provided to the court a total of $635 of the fine may be suspended. he was directed to attend the 12-hour Iowa DOT Drinking Drivers Program. Wilkerson was charged on July 26 at Business route 30 and Prospect Drive by Toledo Police Officer Lucas Hauser.
