Sharon Kaye Hatch

Sharon Kaye Hatch, age 86, of Whitten, Iowa, passed away early on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown surrounded by her family.

Services for Sharon will take place on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Shomo officiating. She will be laid to rest at Badger Hill Cemetery in Gladbrook. Left to cherish her memory are her children Joy (Brett) McLain of Ames and Dan (Kori) Hatch of Dysart; daughter-in-law Shelleen Hatch of Gladbrook; her grandchildren Shelton (Mitchell) Hoefling, Kerrigan Hatch, Ashley (Ben) Boydstun, Brittany (Joel) Williams, Tanner (Daisy) Hatch, Mackenna (Camden) Ewing, and Alyssa Hatch; along with 7 great-grandchildren, with one on the way.
