Ginette Camille Landt, 83, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away Monday, April 4, 2011, in Oklahoma City. Funeral services were Monday, April 11, 2011, at Goettsch Funeral Home in Gladbrook, IA. Interment was at Crystal Cemetery in rural Gladbrook. Online condolences may be sent to www.vogelfuneralhomes.com . Ginette was born July 23, 1927 to Francois and Marie Briclot in Etain, France. She lived in France where she met her husband and love, Arthur Leslie Landt who was serving in World War II. On April 26, 1949, Ginette and Arthur were married in Etain, France. . Ginette and Arthur lived throughout the world and were married 61years. Ginette was a stay at home mom and her life was her family. She was a woman of unconditional love and happiness. She loved cake decorating, knitting, crocheting, and flower arranging. She also loved to cook for her family during holidays and special occasions. She lived a life full of joy, happiness, and love for her family and animals, especially cats. A woman of strength, love, kindness, and good morals, she was a role model for everyone. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her or knew of her. Ginette will be missed by her beloved husband, Arthur Landt, her children; Ronnie (Anneliese) Landt, Donald (Ayako) Landt , Annette (Mike) Collins, a daughter-in-law, Angie Landt, eight grandchildren, two step grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a sister, Lucette of Eix-Abaucourt, France. She is preceded in death by her youngest son, Roger Landt whom she now joins in heaven. She is also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister.
