TOLEDO – The Tama County Historical Society will host storyteller Darrin Crow for a program highlighting stories about colonial Americans and the American Revolution on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Wieting Theatre, 101 S. Church St, Toledo.

To celebrate the nation’s bicentennial, Crow will tell stories that bring to life the streets of old Boston and Philadelphia and the battles of the Revolution. His program includes stories of John Paul Jones, the Blacksmith of Brandywine, and Molly Pitcher.

Crow is known for telling powerful, imaginative, and engaging stories that keep audiences on the edge of their seats and stick with them long after the tale ends. Whether in a classroom, museum, festival, art fair, or ancient Greek amphitheater, he crafts stories that deliver exactly what the listeners need.
