GLADBROOK – The Gladbrook Women’s Club held its monthly membership meeting on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at the Methodist Church.

Chrystal Petersen, Grundy County Hospital, presented on diabetes. She covered causes, symptoms, treatment and management. She also provided information on services offered at the hospital from education to lab work.

Co-President JoAnn called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by 16 members talking about watching the Winter Olympics.

Minutes of the January meeting were read and approved.

The Treasurer’s report was read and approved.

Old Business: Hostess and committee signup sheets were routed to the group.

New Business: Discussed upcoming events for the group including:

-Easter egg coloring at Westbrook Acres in March

-Senior Citizens salad luncheon at the Gladbrook Memorial Building in April
