Gladbrook debuts new downtown snowflakes

GLADBROOK – Over the last year with an omelet breakfast, a chicken supper, and donations to the Gladbrook Commercial Club, enough money was raised to purchase new holiday lights for the light poles along Second (main) Street. We appreciate all those who ate breakfast and/or supper with us, along with those who gave donations. At the tree lighting on Dec. 3, the snowflakes came to life and continue to look terrific as you drive through town. We hope the community will continue to enjoy the snowflakes for years to come.

A special thank you to the four young men (pictured) who put up the snowflakes one evening, including Garrett Groth, Presley Bland, Levi Duden, and Shadner Anderson.
