REINBECK – During the Reinbeck Lions Club meeting held on Monday, Nov. 17, Gary Poppens of the Reinbeck American Legion Post 242 gave a presentation on a new flag project set to be installed at the Reinbeck Cemetery at the site of “The Unknown Soldier.” The project will include six lighted flags honoring the six branches of military service. As part of the meeting, the Lions Club voted to fund half of the project along with the Legion.
