You can’t ‘beet’ it: Reinbeck Farmers Market celebrates successful 2025 season!
REINBECK – The Reinbeck Farmers Market ended its 2025 market season with a celebratory post on social media highlighting the many events and activities both organized and supported by the market’s committee this year.
“Reinbeck Farmers Market and our vendors would like to thank you all for supporting us this past year!” the post read. “You’ve helped us with our Mission Statement: ‘To foster a sense of community and gathering in a viable, active, lively town, all while supporting local farmers, crafters and artists.'”
According to market organizers, this season alone the market financially supported:
-Gladbrook-Reinbeck Elementary School Lego League: $50 towards t-shirts
-G-R Elementary school supplies
-Journey to Kindness/Shane Hawkins: $25 market money
-Reinbeck Food Pantry: Cash donation $245
-Grundy County Conservation Pioneer Trail: $179 donation
-Hosting and donating to the fundraiser for El Camino’s Sarahi and Osvaldo (organized by Ali Jo Baker)
-Gift basket for “Beck Bash”
In terms of entertainment, Reinbeck Farmers Market organized/supported the following activities in 2025:
-Birdy Young and Hideaway Honey
-Zucchini races
-Weekly kids activities weekly
-Weekly giveaway drawings
-Hosting the butterfly tents (sponsored by the Reinbeck Women’s Club and the Reinbeck Public Library)
