DES MOINES – On Friday, Aug. 15, volunteers with the Tama County Cattlemen’s Association spent much of the day working in the Cattlemen’s Beef Quarters at the Iowa State Fair, serving up all things beef from salt beef bagels for breakfast to hot beef sundaes and double bacon cheeseburgers for lunch and supper.
