GRUNDY CENTER – Exhibitors are needed for the 2025 Open Class Show (non-livestock) at the Grundy County Fair to be held the week of July 21-26, 2025.

Residence in Grundy County is not required. Participation is open to everyone, of any age and there are NO entry fees. Classes include Foods, Woodworking, Quilts, Fine Arts, Textiles and Clothing, Photography, and Horticulture.

Entries may be original or from a kit or pattern. Each exhibit receives a ribbon, and is judged on its own merit regardless of the number of entries in the class.

The Fairbook includes details on classes, and any requirements. A copy of the Fairbook can be found at www.grundycountyfair.com. Entry forms and instruction packets are also available at the Grundy County Extension Office for $1, where entry tags are available for free.

Bring your completed entry form and tags with your entries for check-in. Entries may be brought to the Open Class Building, Grundy County Fairgrounds, on Monday, July 21, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Tuesday, July 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Judging begins at 10 a.m. Exhibitors are not present during judging.

Release time is Saturday, July 26, from 1-2:30 p.m.
