GLADBROOK – After spending nearly 75 years combined serving their community, Susan and Randy Beichley have officially retired as members of the Gladbrook-Lincoln Ambulance Service. During a dinner held on Sunday, April 27, in Gladbrook, the Beichleys were celebrated and honored by Ambulance members as well as Director Kern Kemp. The Beichleys were presented with a plaque thanking them for three “Decades of Dedication, Professionalism and Care for our Community.” While Randy’s 36 years of service began in 1988, Susan stepped up two years earlier in 1986. Both officially stopped volunteering last year. The couple (front row, Susan second from left and Randy third from left) are pictured on April 27 surrounded by Ambulance members both past and present.
