Gladbrook Community Foundation 2025 grant applications due April 25
GLADBROOK – The Gladbrook Community Foundation is pleased to announce they are now accepting grant applications from area non-profit groups for the 2025 grant cycle.
The Foundation accepts and disburses contributions exclusively for educational, cultural, charitable, or benevolent purposes for the benefit and improvement of Gladbrook in such a way that the quality of life in the area shall be enhanced. In 2024, the Foundation awarded almost $10,000 to nine local groups that had completed applications.
Application forms may be picked up at Gladbrook City Hall or are available at www.gladbrook.org under ‘News & Announcements.’
Applications should be mailed to the Gladbrook Community Foundation, P.O. Box 373, Gladbrook, IA, 50635, by April 25, 2025. Applicants must provide seven (7) copies of the application.
Foundation board members include representatives from the Gladbrook Commercial Club, Gladbrook City Council, Ehrig-McTurk American Legion, Gladbrook Lion’s Club, Crayon Corner Learning Center, and the Sons of the American Legion. Bowman and Miller serve as the CPA and the Farmers Savings Bank & Trust serves as Trustee.
Gift planning through the Gladbrook Community Foundation is tax-deductible and an excellent way to make a lasting impact in our community. Gifts of any amount are gladly accepted and can be designated for specific purposes – you can specify your gift be used for a special project.
