Gladbrook’s Annual Crop Walk raises over $700

GLADBROOK – The Northwest Tama County Ministerial Association hosted the annual Crop Walk on Oct. 6. There were 12 participants and the church members donated over $700. The funds that are collected go to Church World Services to help people in third world countries get water to their villages, provide seeds, and plant gardens and fields. Churches represented were Chapel Church, Peace Church, Salem Church, and Gladbrook Methodist, the host church. Lunch was served by Dana Brown, Joan Surber, and Kay Lowry.
