GLADBROOK – The Gladbrook Peace Church would like to invite everyone to join us as we begin the fall season with some new activities coordinated by Pastor John Granchie.

A Men’s Breakfast and Bible Study will be held the second Saturday of each month beginning Sept. 14 at 8 a.m. in the social hall. Men – members and non-members alike – mark your calendar to join the group.

An Adult Mid-Week Bible Study will be starting on Thursday, Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. in the social hall. The first study will be in the Book of Romans. The Bible Study will be held every Thursday.

“A Life with Questions” is the theme of the adult Sunday School class beginning Sunday, Sept. 8 from 9:15-10 a.m. in the family room off the sanctuary. Pastor Granchie will be conducting the class. We will be answering questions you might have about all the topics the Bible has to offer!

A confirmation class for 7th through 12th grade students will be held on Wednesday nights beginning Sept. 25. There will be a parents’ meeting but the time is not yet set. Call the office at 641-473-2802 (cell number 641-751-2039) for more information.

Peace Church regular Sunday hours begin on Sept. 8. Sunday School is 9:15-10:15 a.m. for 3 yr. olds and up. Breakfast will be served starting at 9 a.m. for the kids and anyone else that would like to come! Worship service is at 10:30 a.m. with the Senior Choir singing the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. The Bell Choir will be playing the 4th Sunday of the month.
