Gladbrook Senior Dinner to take place May 3

The Gladbrook Senior Citizens Dinner is set for Friday, May 3, beginning at 11:30 a.m., at Peace Church. The Guild will be serving. Call Jeanne to make reservations 641-751-2039. Please note this is the first Friday of May.

Auxiliary Mothers’ Day Tea set for May 13

The Gladbrook American Legion Auxiliary Mothers’ Day Tea will be held on Monday, May 13, at 1:30 p.m. at the Memorial Building. There will be special guests coming from the state. There will be a Memorial Service and membership awards will be presented. The program will be a video on the 100 plus years of the Gladbrook Auxiliary. Hostesses are Linda Goos, Jane Sass, and Terri Luehring. Please plan to attend.

Corn Carnival Worship Service – community choir members needed!

Peace Church is coordinating the Corn Carnival worship service on Sunday, June 16, at 10:30 a.m.. We would love to have a community choir. The Gladbrook Legion & Auxiliary and Peace Church Omelet Breakfast is from 8 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. that day as well.
