TOLEDO – The March 11 meeting of the Tama County Board of Supervisors was over in the blink of an eye and started like normal with the engineer’s report.

Blading is being done, dirt is being put down, and contract rock has started being hauled around the county. The last right-of-way easement for E Avenue was purchased for $1,300.

The county’s credit card policy was updated.

Dates were changed for the EMS essential service meetings due to a mixup. The meetings will now be held on Monday, May 13, Tuesday, May 14, and Monday, May 20 at 9:45 a.m.

Claims totaling $256,171.27 were approved.
