Ladies of the Reinbeck American Legion Auxiliary Unit #242 will be distributing poppies to the public Friday, May 20, on Main street in the morning. We ask people to wear a Poppy as a way to honor the fallen and support the living who have worn our nation’s uniform in military service. Proceeds from our campaign go to benefit retired and disabled veterans. Containers will also be placed in area businesses the week before Memorial Day so everyone has the opportunity to show their support for our military men and women.
