Wayne Nekola.

During their Jan. 10 regular meeting the Gladbrook City Council appointed Wayne Nekola as the newest member of the city council governing body. Nekola was appointed by the council to fill a vacancy created when former council member Trudi Scott was elected mayor in November during the middle of her council term. Nekola will serve the remaining two years of Scott’s city council term, which will be up for election in 2023.
