Maurice Lamont Turner

Maurice Lamont Turner, 45, failed to report back to the Department of Corrections Marshalltown Residential Facility on Saturday.

Turner is a Black man, with a height of 5’7″ and a weight of 262 pounds. He was convicted of domestic abuse assault in Tama County and was admitted to the facility on Oct. 21, 2019. This is the third time Turner has failed to return to the facility, as he did the same thing in November 2019 and in August 2015.

Prior to the incident in Tama County, Turner had been convicted on domestic abuse charges in Marshall County in 2013 and in Floyd County in 2009.
