PELLA, IOWA–Ellie Stoakes, jr. right side, 5-10, Gladbrook-Reinbeck HS Awards/honors: One varsity letter is a member of the Central College volleyball team. The Dutch are looking to build off their 15-win season a year ago. Central will return all seven starters from last year’s squad. Three time Iowa Conference Coach of the Year, Kent Clayberg returns for his 14th season as head coach. Clayberg has a 276-166 (.624) career mark. The Dutch wil open the season in Postdam, New York, competing against Roger Williams University (R.I.) on Sept. 2. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m.
