GMG Cross Country ran at the Bobcat Invitational meet at MCC on Thursday, September 11. For the junior high girls, Zoe Duncan and Belle Duncan ran a mile and a half. Ethan Karsjen ran for the boys. Natalie Smith, Gabriella Gruen and Kyla Wilkening ran varsity. Haley Stahl ran the freshman-sophomore race even though she was injured. Gabriella Gruen ran with a time of 20:10 and placed 112th; Natalie Smith ran a time of 18:34 and placed 88th; and Kyla Wilkening ran with a time of 17:51 to place 76th. For the Freshman-Sophomore race Haley Stahl placed 114th with a time of 23:50. Josh Gruen and Jeff Hughes ran varsity. Jeff Hughes ran a time of 19:32 and placed 111th and Josh Gruen placed 135th with a time of 21:24. The GMG Cross Country team would like to invite you to their Saturday, September 20 9:30 AM meet.
