Patty and Doug Gramer of Machesney Park, Illinois announce the birth of their twin sons born on March 30, 2009. Campbell Lowe Gramer weighed 6 lbs. 14 ounces and Cole Douglas Gramer weighed 6 lbs. 6 ounces. Grandparents are Deb and Bill Creswell of Roscoe, Illinois and Lorrie and Don Gramer of Byron, Illinois.
