This year’s annual Parade of Bands festival is just around the corner! Come check out all the great music our 5th12th graders have been working on this upcoming Thursday, March 13th, at 7:00 p.m. in the G-R High School gymnasium! There will be plenty of different music tailored to the interest of everyone in the audience! The best part is comparing the many levels of music created, starting with the building blocks in 5th and 6th grade, and working up to the high school level. We hope that you will come support the G-R Band program and see all the hard work the students have put into a night of entertainment for you! If you’re interested in knowing more about the music that will be performed at the concert, I’ve included the program list so you can search for them on the internet and get a taste of what you’ll hear! 5th grade: Starburst Fanfare Indigo Rock 6th grade: Defeating the Giant Stonehenge Dr. Rock 7th/8th grade: Mount Rockmore (Stars and Stripes Forever) Drive! Astron High School: Exaltation Spiritual Ceremony, Chant, and Ritual Mass Band (all students): Ancient Hunters
