1. NICHELLE WOODS, age 46, Cedar Falls. Arrested November 27, 2019 by Black Hawk County authorities on a Grundy County warrant charging her with 2 cts UNLAWFUL USE OF A CREDIT CARD. Posted bond and released.

2. One vehicle accident December 2, 2019, 5:50 PM on K Avenue at 310th Street. Driver: TYLER BLACKBURN, age 33, Gladbrook. Driving 2004 Chevrolet. Estimated damage $3000. Vehicle was northbound approaching the intersection. Vehicle struck a large metal drag that had fallen off of a farm plow and was in the middle of the road. No summons, no injury. 3. TIMOTHY MADDEN, age 37, Wellsburg. Arrested December 3, 2019, 1:22 AM on 215th Street west of L Ave. Charged with ELUDING. Posted bond and released. Arrested by GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.

4. JOSHUA MALOTT, age 41, Waterloo. Arrested December 7, 2019 by Black Hawk County authorities on a Grundy County warrant charging him with PROBATION VIOLATION. Being held in lieu of bond.

5. One vehicle accident December 8, 2019, 6:10 PM on 160th Street east of R Avenue. Driver: JELISSA SIZEMORE, age 28, New Hartford. Driving 2007 Chevrolet. Estimated damage $3000. Vehicle was eastbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. No summons, no injury. Investigated by GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.

6. One vehicle accident December 9, 2019, 12:00 PM on Hwy 20 at the 214 mile marker. Driver: NORMAN HOUSTON, age 62, Eldora. Driving 2008 Chevrolet. Estimated damage $12,000. Driver stated due to the roads being icy/snowy, the high winds blew him onto the north shoulder where he lost control, went down into the north ditch where the vehicle rolled once. No summons, no injury. Investigated by GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.

7. RICHARD RIZZO, age 54, Grundy Center. Arrested December 10, 2019, 4:00 AM in Iowa Falls. Charged with DOMESTIC ASSAULT ABUSE. Posted bond and released. Arrested by GRUNDY CENTER PD.

8. One vehicle accident December 11, 2019, 8:00 AM on D-35 east of T-65. Driver: KRISTI FOX, age 45, Waterloo. Driving 2003 Saturn. Estimated damage $2000. Vehicle was westbound when the driver lost control and entered the south ditch. No summons, no injury. Investigated by GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.

9. JAMES CHOATE, age 44, Latimer. Arrested December 13, 2019 by Butler County authorities on a Grundy County warrant charging him with THEFT 1st. Being held in lieu of bond.

10. One vehicle accident December 14, 2019, 7:26 PM on Hwy 20 at the 210 mile marker. Driver: KYLE FINNEGAN, age 21, Cedar Falls. Driving 2011 Chevrolet. Estimated damage $10,000. 11. Two vehicle accident December 15, 2019, 6:05 PM on Hwy 20 at the 219 mile marker. Driver 1: EMEAL MYLES, age 33, Cedar Falls. Driving 2008 Mitsubishi. Estimated damage $1500. Driver 2: SARAH LARSON, age 31, Cedar Falls. Driving 2007 Ford. Estimated damage $300. #1 was eastbound behind #2. #1 rear ended #2. MYLES was issued a citation for FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL. No injury. Investigated by GRUNDY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.

16. CARTER FOGT, age 22, Grundy Center. Arrested December 22, 2019, 1:22 AM on Hwy 20 east of Dike. Charged with OWI 1st and POSSESSION OR CARRYING OF DANGEROUS WEAPON WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Released on a promise to appear. Arrested by IOWA STATE PATROL.
