Green awarded Excellence in Mentoring Educators Award

Sue Green was awarded the first ever, “Excellence in Mentoring Educators Award” from the University of Northern Iowa. She was chosen for this award for the extra time and efforts she put into mentoring the Level I (Intro to Teaching) and Level III (Middle School Math Methods) students in her classroom the past 19 years. Sue is the daughter of Paul and Kay Weiss and is a 1976 graduate of Reinbeck High School. She recently retired after 37 years of teaching math at Clinton High School and at Holmes Jr. High (Cedar Falls).
