In Celebration of October Pork Month, Grundy County Pork Producers presented 60 coupons for $5 off of fresh pork to Operation Threshold for families in need of food assistance across Grundy County. The certificates were also sponsored by Iowa Pork Producers Association and the Pork Checkoff. The mission of Operation Threshold is to collaborate, educate and provide services to help meet the basic needs of people and create opportunities for self-sufficiency.
