GRUNDY CENTER-The Grundy County Fair Board has announced entertainment including three bands performing at the 2016 Grundy County Fair.

The Grundy County Fair is excited to announce a new event to the Grundy County Fair, the Tuff-N-Nuff Miniature Rodeo at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21, in the grandstands. Neil Hewitt will perform after the Mini Rodeo in the grandstands bar.

Illinois-based band Madd Hoss Jackson will follow Old School Figure 8 Races Friday, July 22. Figure 8 Races begin at 7 p.m. in the grandstands with Madd Hoss Jackson starting around 9 p.m. The band will play through 1:30am in the grandstands area.

Damon Dotson will close the entertainment after a full day of events Saturday, July 23, at 9 p.m. following the fireworks. They will perform through 1:00 a.m. in the grandstands area. Saturday entertainment consists of the Dirty Open Mud Volleyball Tournament at 10 a.m., Prairieland Pullers at 10 a.m., followed by the Farm Bureau State Fair BBQ Cook-Off at noon, Small Town Throw Down Bean Bag Tourney at 4 p.m. and the Trailer Races & Demo Derby at 7 p.m. followed by the Fireworks at dark.
