The law firm of Heronimus, Schmidt, Allen & Schroeder, Grundy Center, is pleased to announce the return of Todd A. Geer to the firm. Todd recently retired from the judiciary after serving 20 years as a District Court Judge in northeast Iowa. Before his 1995 appointment to the bench, Todd was a partner with Kliebenstein, Heronimus, Schmidt & Geer. Todd will again be engaged in the general practice of law.
The firm is also pleased to welcome Emily A. Staudacher to the practice of law. Emily grew up on her family’s farm near Indianola, Iowa. Emily earned her B.S. in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 2012. In 2015, she earned her J.D. and a certificate in Agricultural Law from Drake University Law School. During law school, Emily was Editor in Chief of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law and worked as a Law Clerk in Des Moines, Iowa. She looks forward to engaging in general practice with an emphasis in agricultural law.
