Kruger family grants $35,900 in 2015 to charitable causes in Grundy and Butler Counties

The Dennis and Holly Kruger Family Fund, a donor advised fund of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, continues to impact Grundy and Butler Counties, recommending $35,900 in grants to 21 different charitable projects and programs in 2015. Since 2007, the family has awarded $239,079 in grants through their fund at the Community Foundation.

The Kruger family also established the Phil Kruger Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of their son, Phil. Since its establishment in 2007, this fund has provided 21 scholarships totaling $52,500 to graduates of Dike-New Hartford Schools.
