Kristen Fink, of Oskaloosa won Best of Show and the Sweepstakes award in the Shuttle or Needle Tatting division of the Fabric and Threads contest that was judged prior to the start of the 2015 Iowa State Fair. This is Finks third year wining the Sweepstakes award.
