The Grundy Area Women’s Connection luncheon will be held Tuesday, August 18 in Wellsburg.

It will be held at the Wellsburg Community Building beginning at 12:30 PM. All area women are invited to attend. There will be food, music, a speaker and a special program. There is a cost.

Special feature “Fall Preparations” will be given by Amy Launstein of Holland Hill Blooms from Holland. Reta Weber of Sioux Falls, South Dakota will provide the music and will be the inspirational speaker as well. Reta’s topic “Destined on Arrival” tells how this singer song writer, as well as social worker and nurse took advantage of adversity. She has been blind since her mid-twenties.
