CLUTIER – Step back in time with Iowa Valley Continuing Education. On Saturday, June 20 at 2 p.m., the public is invited to experience what it was like to attend a one-room school. Ardene Cross has transported a one-room school to the Main Street in Clutier and has restored it to its former condition. Those attending will hear stories about being a student in the school. It is amazing that these students managed to have a recess without playground equipment, learn their lessons without using computers and survive without hot lunch.
