One vehicle accident discovered and reported on Sunday, September 23, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at intersection of 250th Street and Y Avenue (about 3 miles Northeast of Reinbeck).

Driver : Sam Gerloff, age 20, New Hartford, driving 2004 Chevrolet pickup, total damage.

Driver was traveling westbound on 250th Street, failed to negotiate a curve in the road, entered the west ditch of Y Avenue and rolled over, ejecting the driver.

Accident remains under investigation by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office. Assisting at scene was Reinbeck Fire Dept. and Ambulance and the Grundy County Medical Examiners office.
