Daniel Hoff, 31, Beaman, was found guilty in Grundy Co. District Court of a serious domestic assault. He was incarcerated in the Grundy Co. jail not to exceed 4 days with credit for 3 days already served. He was fined $65 plus all cost and issued a No Contact order in effect until Jan. 23, 2010.
