Kevin and Megan Balmer of Garwin are the proud to announce the birth of their son, Levi David Balmer, born on September 27, 2013. Levi weighed 8 lb. 5 1/2 oz. and was 22 inches long and he joins proud big brother, Landon. Grandparents are Noel Strohbehn, Knoxville; David & Gina Fisher, Marshalltown; Dennis and Kathy Balmer, Green Mountain; and Lori and Jack Frost, Collins. Great grandparents are Ken and Barb Strohbehn of Gladbrook; Dwight Fisher of Garwin; and Russell and Marilyn Balmer of Green Mountain.
