Gene and Luann Slingluff of Beaman are the parents of a son born January 18th at 6 P.M. at MMSC.  Jasper Gene weighed 7 pound and 14 ounces.  Grandparents are Roger and Karen Jackson of Garwin and the late Richard and Waneta Slingluff of Marshalltown.  Jasper has an older sister Kalie Slingluff.  Great grandparents are Verna Stamp and the late Leon Stamp of Garwin and the late Ralph and Ethel Jackson of Garwin. slin
