Randy and Jill Miller of Adair are the proud parents of a baby girl, Libby Rae. Libby weighed 7 lbs. 14 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Gordon Arp and the late Patricia Arp of Gladbrook and Nelson and Mary Miller of Kalona. Great grandparents are Erwin and JoAnn Maas, and the late Clarence and Alta Arp, Bill and Edna Logan, and Harley and Lydia Miller.
