Brittany P. Ellis of Lincoln would like to announce the birth of her son, Brogan. Brogan was born Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 12:33 p.m. He weighed seven pounds ten ounces and was 21 inches long. His daddy is Brent J. Schipper of Wellsburg. Grandparents are Gary and Carol Ellis of Reinbeck; Annette Ellis and Gaylen Brandt of Lincoln; and Scott and Becky Schipper of Austinville.
