Customer Service Superstar November-Cindy Krull Superstars of customer service enhance the customer experience for our residents, family members and visitors’ day in and day out. They take great service up 10 notches and knock the ball out of the park on every interaction they have. We are very lucky and honored to be able to showcase one of those superstars to you, Cindy Krull! Cindy, you were nominated by your peer, Joy Weeks. She states, “Cindy is an awesome nurse and a great teacher. I have learned so much from her. Residents like her gentle, calm reassurance. She is always kind and soft-spoken.” Kelly Larson, Administrator states “Cindy is an important part of the WBA team…especially our 3rd shift. I appreciate her willingness to communicate with me (even in the late hours.) 3rd shift is not an easy shift, and I appreciate her navigating the team, even we are challenged with staffing.” Cindy, we commend you for your passion and dedication to Westbrook Acres. NOON YEARS EVE PARTY Our annual Noon Years party will be held at noon on Tues-day, December 31st in the dining room. The celebra-tion includes countdown to 12:00 am, champagne toast, singing and lots of fun!! Happy New Year 2020 to eve-ryone!!!
