The 84th annual reunion of the descendants of Frederick and Bertha Handorf was held on Sunday, June 10th, 2018, at the Gladbrook Memorial building with 60 relatives present. Vari Nelson, President, presided during the business meeting. The oldest members present were Eleanor Handorf, Marshalltown and Doris Crandall, Cedar Falls. The youngest relative was Harper Maxlyn Nelson, 5 months, Des Moines. Vana and Stefi Petit traveled the furthest distance from San Carlos, California. The 2019 officers are President, Vari Nelson; Vice-President, Kelly Crandall; and Secretary-Treasurer, Bryn Hayes. Next year’s reunion will be held June 9, 2019, at the Memorial Building in Gladbrook.
