Cooking with dairy
Hansen’s Dairy and Hy-Vee are joining together for a “Cooking with Dairy” presentation and meal for June Dairy Month.
Registered dietitian Beth Barber, RD, LD, with Ansborough Avenue Hy-Vee in Waterloo, will provide a cooking demonstration for three recipes using Hansen’s Dairy products. A full meal catered by Hy-Vee will follow. The menu includes garlic butter chicken, grilled cheese curd panzanella and chilled strawberry soup.
The event will be at 6 p.m. Friday, June 16, at the Hansen’s Dairy Tour Center, 8461 Lincoln Road, Hudson.
Cost is per person. Register and prepay at Ansborough Avenue Hy-Vee Customer Service or by calling (319) 233-3266 by June 14.
