The Wonderful World of “Winnie the Pooh” took over the Library last week as we Celebrated the Birthday of Writer, A.A. Milne. Our Special Guest, Nancy Heise brought in part of her Collection on Wednesday to share with our Littles for Story Hour. She brought in Pooh Bears of All Shapes and Sizes, Toys, Banks, Stuffed Animals, Baby items, One of a kinds, Plates & Cups and even some you can only get at Walt Disney World! And… Nancy was kind enough to leave them an extra day so our after school kids could see them on Thursday! The Kids had so much fun playing with and seeing them all! Nancy even read stories, had a Scavenger Hunt, made Door Hangers & Bookmarks and even brought in Treats! We THANK her So Much for Sharing her Wonderful Collection with us and our Community Kiddos!! What’s NEW? Our 2nd Hub Table and Chairs Set has Arrived! This was Made Possible by a Memorial Donation Honoring Connie Sievers. This will allow more Adults and Teens to “Plug In” to their Laptops and Notepads right at the Table for Homework, etc.! Thank you for this Great Addition to our Local Library!
