Gladbrook Ladies 500 Marathon Winners for 2015-16: First Place: Katie Grimmius & Karen Pieper-38,110 points, Second Place: Ethel Lucht & Dorothy Wiese-37,980 points, Third Place: Carolyn Groth & Karen Lage-32,340 points
Laura Osborn, Norma Sass, Jolene Denbow and Bernie Puls hosted the end of the year Gladbrook Ladies 500 Marathon party on Tuesday, May 3. A delicious brunch of egg casserole, fruit cup, cinnamon rolls and coffee was served. The group played cards with Karen Lage having the highest score and Judy Wendel, the lowest. Every member received a door prize. Anyone who would like to join the group next fall can call Karen Pieper at (641) 473-2723 before August 1st. Karen gave Laura Osborn and Norma Sass each a lottery ticket for having the only 10 bid all year and making it.
