By John Speer Central Iowa Press jpseer@tamatoledonews.com Tama County Supervisors canvassed the Nov. 3 county-wide lection results on Monday, Nov. 9. They found no changes in the unofficial returns released following the vote. However, several races were decided by write-in including Montour and Vining mayor posts and council seats in Chelsea, Montour, Vining and Lincoln. NOTE: Write-in votes are reported as they appear in the Official Tally. They may not reflect conventional spelling of some names. Persons who win an office by write-in should submit a notice if they choose to decline to serve to their respective city clerk by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19. Those who are write-in winners and decided to serve do not need to take any action according to the office of Laura Kopsa, Tama County Commissioner of Elections and Karen Rohrs Tama County Elections administrator.
