The Gladbrook Jr. Auxiliary met on Sat., Oct. 17th, at Westbrook Acres. The Juniors along with the residents made very cute and colorful turkeys for the residents of the Ronald McDonald House in Iowa City. Both the Juniors and Auxiliary members donated items to pack into shoeboxes for the “Operation Christmas Child” program.Twelve boxes were packed that morning with more items coming in everyday. Hostess for the meeting were Jodi Betts, Shanna Goos, and Carley Davis. The Juniors next meeting is Sat., Nov. 21st, 9:30 at Westbrook Acres. The Juniors will be making table favors for the Senior Citizens Dinner in December. Hostesses are Sherry Scarf, Kristi Carlson, and Melissa Sienknecht. Juniors helping were: Madisyn Eggers, Justina Eggers, Stella Betts, Kayla Vavroch, Maya Goos, and Sydney Vavroch.
